You should see the KeyAccess splash screen, and also a notification that you should check for updates. Do not try to install directly by clicking on the file in the browser download bar. The application will be found in Applications/Stata/StataSE.app. Then it will install Stata/SE with a Dartmouth license key no further registration is needed.
